Kiss

So everyday I say, "Luka, give Mama a kiss", and usually it ends up with Luka trying to eat my face.  Well, yesterday I was giving him air kisses while hanging my clothes up and I heard little smacking noises- he was imitating me with his little mouth (in his own version).  So this morning I excitingly showed Eric, "Luka, give Mama a kiss!" and he did it!!  Clearly, he doesn't know what it is or what it means or even how to plant it on our cheeks, but it's a start and I can see the concentration behind it!  Blowing kisses, I imagine, will come next.  Also, at dinner tonight a man waved at Luka and in return Luka lifted his hand and opened his fingers.  Once again, I don't think it was an active wave but I can't believe it will be happening soon.  The smallest accomplishments are so ENORMOUS!
